The Redding 13000 is made from a specialized anti-static polymer that is essential for safety and precision. Static electricity can cause powder kernels to “cling” to the sides of a funnel, which can lead to inconsistent charges or a messy bench.

The “stepped” design of the nozzle allows it to fit snugly over the mouths of small-caliber cases (like .223 Rem) while still providing a stable platform for large-bore cartridges (like .45-70). The internal surfaces are polished to a high finish to prevent “powder bridging,” a common issue where long-grained extruded powders get stuck in the neck of the funnel. It features a squared-off rim to prevent it from rolling off your reloading bench when not in use.
