The Model stands out due to its heavy-duty cast iron frame, which provides a stable bearing surface that resists wear over decades of use. The frame has been specifically extended to accommodate modern “long action” cartridges, easily handling cases up to 3 inches in length.

Its Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated cutter is a significant upgrade over standard steel cutters, offering reduced friction and a much longer-lasting sharp edge. The system uses a universal collet, eliminating the need for separate shell holders for different calibers. Beyond trimming, the lathe serves as a prep station; the frame includes threaded holes to mount the included primer pocket cleaners and neck brushes, allowing you to perform multiple case-prep steps in one location.
