The Steyr AUG Z A3 (SKU: 3180013) represents the pinnacle of civilian bullpup design, evolved from the legendary Austrian StG 77. This version is equipped with the 508 mm (20″) “Standard” barrel, which is cold-hammer-forged and hard-chrome plated to provide the highest muzzle velocity and exceptional service life.
The A3 M1 receiver design is the most modular in the history of the AUG, featuring a removable Picatinny rail that can be swapped for various optic heights or factory-integrated telescopic sights. The rifle utilizes the time-tested short-stroke gas piston system with a 2-position regulator, ensuring flawless operation even under heavy fouling. It includes the modern external bolt release for rapid reloads and is compatible with Steyr’s proprietary translucent “waffle” magazines.
