Description

This is done exclusively by felting and milling the individual fibres without any additional binding agent. Felt is a purely natural product and contains no chemical substances. It is dimensionally stable, yet elastic and can be precisely punched with state-of-the-art machines. A brush-like surface of countless fibre ends is created at the punch cut, which has an optimal cleaning effect with the appropriate contact pressure. It is highly absorbent and its randomly oriented fibre structure can retain coarse and fine dirt particles and thus remove them from the barrel. The excellent absorbency also enables the absorption and retention of liquids (e.g. oil, solvents, polishing paste etc.). Felt is a textile product and therefore harmless and extremely gentle for weapons.
