Description

The Ataman M2 Tactical Carbine Type 4 (645/RB-SL) is part of the M2R PCP rifle platform produced by Ataman. The rifle operates with compressed air stored in a high-pressure reservoir that can be filled up to 300 bar (4350 psi), providing stable velocity and efficient shot performance.

This model uses a side-lever cocking mechanism (SL) that allows smooth and fast cycling for follow-up shots. It feeds pellets through a self-indexing rotary magazine, which typically holds 10 pellets in .22 caliber (5.5 mm).

The rifle features a precision rifled barrel, often manufactured by Lothar Walther, designed to improve pellet stability and long-range accuracy. The system also includes a two-stage adjustable trigger, enabling shooters to customize trigger pull weight and travel.

The Type 4 Tactical Carbine configuration includes an ergonomic stock with a folding butt section, improving transport and storage. A Picatinny/Weaver rail is integrated on the receiver for mounting optics such as scopes or red-dot sights.
