Description

The Redding 82155 set is the preferred choice for “benchrest style” reloading in standard hunting or target rifles. By only sizing the neck, the case maintains a perfect fit to the chamber it was fired in, which naturally centers the cartridge with the bore for the next shot. This process also significantly reduces the stress on the brass, often doubling or tripling the number of firings you can get before the case develops cracks.

The neck die includes a decapping rod and a hardened steel expander button. The seating die is finished with the same hand-polished internal surfaces found in all Redding Series A tools, ensuring smooth operation and minimal bullet runout.

Carbide Size Button Kits are available separately for the Full Length Sizing Die and the Neck Sizing Die.

Bullet Seating Micrometers are available for most conventional seating dies to accommodate both standard style bullets as well as VLD style bullets.
