The Redding #18 shell holder is built for high-leverage operations. Because it often processes large-volume cases like the .45-70 or the massive Weatherby Magnums, Redding uses a specialized heat-treatment process to ensure the “jaws” do not stretch under the intense pressure of full-length resizing.

It is machined to a precise .125″ deck height (tolerance of +/- .0005″), ensuring that your headspace remains consistent across every reloading session. The exterior is knurled for a non-slip grip, making it easy to swap out even when your fingers are covered in case lube. Like all standard Redding shell holders, it is compatible with Redding, RCBS, Hornady, and Lee presses.
