The Rusan MCR-M52 is an essential component for the HikMicro Thunder 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 (including the TH35C 3.0). While most thermal devices use a standard thread, HikMicro utilizes a proprietary interface. This ring screws directly into the rear of your HikMicro unit, converting it to the universal M52 standard.

Once this ring is installed on your thermal device, it can be quickly threaded into any Rusan ARM52 adapter (the clamping ring that stays on your dayscope). This modular approach allows you to move your thermal unit between different rifles simply by purchasing the correct diameter ARM52 clamping ring for each scope, while only needing one MCR-M52 connector for the thermal device itself.
