The Steyr SSG 08 A1 (SKU: 60.635.3KL) is a professional-grade precision tool developed with direct input from elite counter-terrorism units like Austria’s EKO Cobra. At its heart is the legendary Safe Bolt System (SBS), renowned for its safety bushings and reliable operation in extreme ice or mud. The 20-inch heavy match barrel is cold-hammer-forged for extreme longevity and sub-MOA accuracy, finished with a Mannox® coating for total corrosion resistance.

The A1 variant enhances the original SSG 08 design with a full-length top Picatinny rail and a redesigned folding stock that is fully adjustable for length of pull, cheek height, and butt-pad position without the need for tools. It includes a two-stage match trigger, a heavy-duty bipod, and a telescopic butt spike (monopod) for a rock-solid three-point firing position. With its ergonomic pistol grip featuring interchangeable backstraps, the SSG 08 A1 provides a custom-tailored interface for the most demanding long-range tactical applications.
