Description

The Steyr Elite is engineered for shooters who require the agility of the Scout platform but the ballistic performance of a dedicated sniper rifle. At its core is the Safe Bolt System (SBS), which utilizes a 2+1 position roller safety and a bolt with specialized “ice/mud” grooves to ensure 100% reliability in the harshest environments.

Unlike the standard Scout, the Elite features a full-length Mil-Std 1913 Picatinny rail that extends over the barrel, providing a continuous mounting surface for large day optics, night vision, or thermal clip-on devices. The black synthetic stock is highly modular, offering a height-adjustable cheek piece and a length-adjustable butt plate to ensure a perfect ergonomic fit. The rifle also retains the Scout’s signature features, including the integrated folding bipod and a spare magazine well located in the buttstock. With its heavy barrel profile and Direct Trigger, the Elite is a sub-MOA performer designed to bridge the gap between a scout rifle and a full-sized anti-personnel platform.
