The STEYR C9-A2 MF (78.324.2H3) is the most versatile model in the A2 lineup, combining the concealment benefits of a 92 mm (3.6″) barrel with the fire control of a full-sized grip. Built on the Modular Frame (MF) architecture, the pistol uses a serialized internal steel chassis, allowing for the future swapping of grip modules. This 2H3 configuration is distinguished by the inclusion of a manual safety (wmS – mit manueller Sicherung), a tactile lever located above the trigger guard that provides an extra layer of security for users in high-stress environments. Like all A2 MF pistols, it features the industry-leading low bore axis for flat shooting, trapezoidal sights for rapid alignment, and a flared magwell for high-speed reloads. The “REV” designation indicates the latest revised internal geometry for the trigger reset and slide-catch mechanisms, ensuring maximum reliability with modern duty ammunition.
