Description

The Harper Slingshot Valve is the heart of Daystate’s mechanical and electronic high-power platforms. The D3HARSEAL12 is the primary sealing face that rests against the valve seat. Constructed from a specialized high-density polymer, it is designed to resist “pitting” and deformation under the extreme 250+ Bar pressures found in FAC-rated rifles.

This kit includes the main valve seal and the associated high-grade nitrile O-ring. Because the Harper system relies on a “slingshot” hammer effect to minimize air waste and eliminate valve bounce, the integrity of this seal is paramount. A worn or contaminated seal will manifest as a slow leak through the barrel (detectable by placing a balloon over the muzzle) or inconsistent muzzle velocities. This part is a standard replacement item during a major 5-year factory service.
