Description

The Cold Steel Ultimate Hunter (Model 30U) is a high-performance folding hunting knife designed for serious outdoor use. Developed in collaboration with knife designer Andrew Demko, the knife was engineered through extensive field testing across multiple continents to deliver durability and cutting efficiency in demanding hunting environments.

The knife features a 3.5-inch drop-point blade made from CPM-S35VN stainless steel, a premium steel known for excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness. The blade is flat-ground to produce a razor-sharp edge suitable for skinning game, camp tasks, and general cutting duties.

The handle uses CNC-machined G-10 scales, providing a secure grip even in wet or cold conditions. Cold Steel also equips the knife with its Tri-Ad® lock, a reinforced lock-back mechanism designed to withstand heavy stress and impact while keeping the blade securely locked during use.
