Description

The Finn Wolf was developed as a collaboration between custom knife maker Andrew Demko and Cold Steel founder Lynn C. Thompson. The design draws inspiration from the classic Finnish puukko, a traditional Scandinavian utility knife known for its simple, highly functional blade shape.

The knife features a 3.5-inch blade made from Japanese AUS-8A stainless steel, chosen for its balance of toughness, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. The blade uses a zero-ground edge, allowing it to be easily maintained in the field while still delivering excellent cutting performance.

For safety and strength, the Finn Wolf uses Cold Steel’s patented Tri-Ad® lock, a locking system designed by Andrew Demko that significantly increases lock durability by distributing stress away from the locking surfaces.
