DAYSTATE PIN ACTIVATOR FOR PULSAR & WOLVERINE-D3WWPINACT0
AED 78.75
The magazine indexing pin is a precision-machined steel actuator pin designed to index Daystate’s “Legacy” 10-shot rotary magazines. Located in the breech, this pin is activated by the firing cycle, moving upward to engage the magazine’s internal pawl and rotating the drum for the next shot.
Description
The magazine indexing pin is a critical component for shooters using the original Daystate rotary magazines (pre-2020). While the rifle is fired, the pin is forced upward, providing the mechanical motion required to index the spring-driven magazine. Because it is a moving part subject to high-pressure air and mechanical friction, it is one of the more common “wear items” in the Daystate action.
Important Evolution: Since the introduction of the Self-Indexing “Gate Loading” Magazines in 2020, this pin is no longer required for the magazine to function. Modern Daystate rifles are now often fitted with a “Blanking Plug” instead of this pin. If you have upgraded all your magazines to the new Gate Loading style, this pin can be replaced with a blank to reduce mechanical wear and improve the seal.
