Created in the 1990s as a collaboration between Steyr Arms and legendary rifleman Jeff Cooper, the Mannlicher Scout remains the definitive all-purpose rifle. This variant features the classic ‘Olive Green’ high-durability polymer stock with black grip panels.

At its heart is the Safe Bolt System (SBS) with a 2+1 position safety, ensuring the highest level of shooter security. The ‘Direktabzug’ (Direct Trigger) is factory-tuned to a crisp, approximately 3.5 lb pull, providing the predictability needed for precise shooting at the limits of the .308 Winchester’s range. Its 19-inch cold-hammer-forged, fluted barrel keeps the rifle’s weight at roughly 6.6 lbs, while the integrated folding bipod and spare magazine storage in the buttstock ensure you are always prepared. With an extended rail for scout-style long-eye-relief optics and built-in emergency ghost-ring sights, the Green Scout is as functional today as it was at its inception.
