REDDING COMPETITION BUSHING NECK DIE SET – CATEGORY 1 – 270 WINCHESTER-58135
1,600.00 د.إ
The Redding 58135 is an elite three-die Competition Set that represents the pinnacle of Redding’s engineering for the .270 Winchester. This set includes the Type S Competition Bushing Neck Sizing Die, a Body Die, and the Competition Seating Die with micrometer adjustment. By separating the sizing functions and providing micrometer-level control over both neck tension and seating depth, this set is designed to produce the straightest, most consistent ammunition possible.
Description
This set is designed for the shooter who treats the .270 Winchester not just as a hunting round, but as a precision instrument. It employs a “modular” approach to case preparation that minimizes brass stress:
Type S Competition Bushing Neck Die: This die uses interchangeable bushings (sold separately) to set the exact neck tension you require. The micrometer head allows you to control how much of the neck length is sized, while the sliding alignment sleeve ensures the case is perfectly centered before sizing begins.
Body Die: Since the neck die does not touch the case body or shoulder, the Body Die is used when necessary to “bump” the shoulder back (resetting headspace) and resize the body. This ensures reliable chambering without disturbing the precision-sized neck.
Competition Seating Die: Featuring a micrometer head graduated in $0.001″$ increments, this die allows for surgical control over bullet seating depth. Its internal sliding alignment sleeve captures both the bullet and the case neck, centering them perfectly before seating to virtually eliminate bullet runout. Note: This die is for seating only and does not crimp.
Key Features:
Ultimate Precision: Separates neck sizing, body sizing, and seating to eliminate the mechanical variables that cause accuracy-robbing runout.
Category I Standards: Manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel to the tightest tolerances in the reloading industry.
Maximum Brass Life: Prevents over-working of the brass, which is vital for maintaining the longevity of high-quality .270 cases.
Universal Compatibility: Fits all standard 7/8″-14 threaded reloading presses.
