REDDING COMPETITION BUSHING NECK DIE SET (NECK SIZING) – CATEGORY I – 223 REMINGTON – 56111
650.00 د.إ
The Redding 56111 is a Category I Competition Bushing Neck Die that allows the reloader to precisely adjust neck tension using interchangeable bushings (sold separately). It features a micrometer-adjustable head for controlling the length of the neck being sized and a sliding alignment sleeve that centers the entire case before the sizing process begins. This die is the gold standard for maximizing accuracy in bolt-action .223 rifles.
Description
The .223 Remington is one of the most popular precision cartridges in the world. To achieve sub-MOA performance, controlling the “grip” the case has on the bullet is vital. This die provides a mechanical advantage over standard dies:Bushing System: By using Type S Bushings, you can choose the exact diameter to size your case necks, usually in $0.001″$ increments. This eliminates the need for an expander ball (though one is included), which prevents the “neck-pull” that often causes concentricity issues.
Micrometer Adjustment: The micrometer head allows you to precisely dial in how far down the neck you want to size. Many shooters prefer to leave a small “donut” or unsized portion at the base of the neck to help center the cartridge in the chamber.
Sliding Alignment Sleeve: This internal sleeve captures the case and centers it perfectly under the bushing before the sizing operation starts. This ensures the neck is sized perfectly straight relative to the case body.
Fire-Formed Fit: Because this is a neck-sizing die, it does not touch the body or shoulder of the case. This allows the brass to maintain its perfect fit to your specific rifle’s chamber, leading to more consistent internal ballistics and longer brass life.
Key Features:
Micrometer Precision: Graduated in $0.001″$ increments for repeatable, documented setups for different loads.
Category I Build: CNC-machined from high-carbon steel and heat-treated for a lifetime of precision use.
Self-Centering Design: The bushing is designed to float slightly within the die, allowing it to center itself on the case neck for the lowest possible runout.
Standard 7/8″-14 Threads: Compatible with all major single-stage and turret presses
