Description

This die set is uniquely versatile, covering the standard rimless .308 Winchester and the rimmed .307 Winchester (typically found in lever-action rifles like the Winchester Model 94). Because both cartridges share the same internal ballistics and external body dimensions (aside from the rim), this single set of dies is engineered to process both with “match-grade” consistency.

The Full-Length Sizing Die features a decapping rod assembly and a highly polished “long-life” expander ball. This design ensures smooth travel through the case neck, minimizing stretching and maintaining excellent concentricity. The Seating Die is designed for precise bullet alignment and features a crimping ring to secure the bullet—an essential feature for .307 Win cartridges used in tubular magazines to prevent bullet setback under recoil. All Redding dies are CNC-machined and finished with a knurled surface for easy, slip-free adjustments.

Key Features:

Dual Caliber Compatibility: Precision-engineered for both .308 Win and .307 Win.

Series A Quality: Optimized for high-volume use while maintaining strict Redding manufacturing tolerances.

Hand-Polished Finish: Ensures easy sizing and prevents the marring of brass surfaces.

Industry Standard: Uses 7/8″-14 threads, making it compatible with all major single-stage, turret, and progressive presses.
