Description

The Steyr AUG A3 series continues the iconic bullpup rifle design from Austria. Civilian A3 SA models are configured for semi-automatic use and chambered in .223 Remington — a caliber compatible with 5.56×45 mm NATO ballistics. A 508 mm barrel gives the rifle a full-length standard rifle profile, while a top Picatinny rail allows for mounting optics and accessories. The AUG platform uses a gas-operated, rotating bolt action and has interchangeable barrel options for different mission profiles.
