Description

The Steyr Scout was developed in collaboration with legendary shooter Jeff Cooper to be the ultimate “one-rifle” solution. This version, chambered in the flat-shooting 6.5 Creedmoor, extends the effective range of the platform significantly. The rifle is built with a cold-hammer-forged barrel and features the high-security Safe Bolt System (SBS) with a 3-position safety wheel.

The distinctive green synthetic stock is not only durable but also highly functional, featuring an integrated fold-out bipod in the fore-end and a spare magazine well located in the buttstock. This specific model uses a direct trigger, providing a consistent pull favored by many tactical and sport shooters over the traditional set-trigger. With its long Picatinny rail for forward-mounted optics and “emergency” flip-up sights, the Scout remains the benchmark for a portable, multi-role survival and hunting rifle.
